Client acknowledges that the advertised "17% Deposit Bonus" is a variable incentive designed to stimulate network growth. The Digital CEO reserves the right to adjust this yield based on global data liquidity.
Data furnished to Client is for: Internal Analytics, AI Training, Market Research, and "God Mode" visualization. Client MAY NOT resell raw feed data to third parties without a Wholesale License (Tier 4 Subscription).
Client agrees to the Environmental & Operational Surge (EOS) pricing model. Fees for
specific missions fluctuate based on weather, urgency, and runner availability.
(e.g., Rain = +25%, Midnight = +35%).
Client agrees to indemnify Wackey Data against any claims arising from the specific content of captured data, provided Wackey Data has acted in good faith to filter illegal content.
